In simple terms, ClearLift causes micro-mechanical damage to the dermis, inducing fibroblast proliferation and collagen expression, thereby thickening the dermis.

It uses iPixel super-fractional technology and classic Q-Switch technology, emitting 1064nm ultra-high-energy micro-beams in an extremely short nanosecond time, penetrating the epidermis. Through treatment tips of different depths, it creates columnar thermal coagulation and mechanical damage areas in various layers of the dermis, while retaining healthy, intact tissue between each columnar damage area.

Compared to other non-ablative fractional lasers that promote collagen synthesis solely through thermal damage, ClearLift’s 1064nm water absorption coefficient brings a stronger thermal effect. It forms a mechanical blasting effect under the dermis while protecting the integrity of the epidermis, creating vacuoles in the dermal tissue.

ClearLift utilizes the synergistic effects of mechanical and thermal effects to strongly trigger the body’s own wound healing mechanisms, accelerating cell regeneration, promoting the continuous synthesis of a large amount of new collagen, which becomes more densely arranged.
