What is batwing arms

Batwing arms, as the name suggests, are the arms with a bat wing appearance. The appearance is due to the excessive fat stored at the tricep area where the inner side of the upper arm is.

The batwing arms are also known as “bye bye” arms because of its swinging motion of the arm fat caused when we wave our arms goodbye.

Causes

1. Lack of arm exercises
